CLAIR (Council of Local Authorities for International Relations) favorise l’échange d’informations sur l’administration publique et les bonnes pratiques territoriales japonaises à l’international. Le salon des maires qui a lieu chaque année est l’occasion pour leur antenne française d’être présente et de promouvoir une vision du Japon entre modernité et tradition, mais surtout pas clichée. Le stand doit pouvoir accueillir une cérémonie du thé, perpétuée toutes les heures, pour créer un moment particulier pour échanger.

CLAIR (Council of Local Authorities for International Relations) promotes the exchange of information on public administration and good Japanese territorial practices. The "salon des maires" which takes place every year is an opportunity for their French branch to be present and to promote a vision of Japan between modernity and tradition, but not cliché. The stand must be able to accommodate a tea ceremony, carried out every hour, to create a special moment for discussion.
